These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 31bd platform and all associated services. By using our services through the 31bd website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the legally binding version.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are provided below:

• "User" — A person who has created a registered account on 31bd and is using the services.
• "Account" — The user's personal profile and balance stored on the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 31bd:

• Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

31bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general conditions apply to these bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Or: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total ৳22,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 10x (on the bonus amount only).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if the conditions are not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A second bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• 31bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 VIP Program

31bd's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. 31bd reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

The following rules must be followed when playing games on 31bd:

• Using any software, bots, or automation to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• If an attempt is made to profit by exploiting any system error or bug, the associated gains will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion") is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error causes an inconsistency in any game result, 31bd may void the round in question.
• All games are operated under SSL encryption and a Fair Play policy.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final, within the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 31bd:

• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Making deposits using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using another user's information or identity.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any other cyberattack.
• Granting a third party access to manage your account.
• Assisting minors (under 21) in creating or using an account.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household.

If any such activity is proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts.
• A temporary account suspension for a set period ("cooling-off") is available if needed.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

31bd may suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.

• If evidence of suspicious or illegal activity is found.
• If the account is inactive for an extended period (as per the applicable policy).
• At the user's own request.

The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before an account is closed, though this may not apply in cases of Terms violations.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
